Box Lunch Brigade will deliver a fresh-prepared box lunch to Businesses, Schools, and Homes, in any quantity. We meet individually with businesses and schools to ensure that we understand your operations to serve you properly. Our online subscription software will handle all the coordination! Home delivery subscribers can subscribe any time.
Box Lunch Brigade designs and prepares cold box lunches with a variety of restaurant quality meals. We'll employ a revolving menu, so you'll regularly receive new things. All these meals will conform to the preferences you choose when you set up your subscription, and there is no individual ordering throughout the month. This means you can set and forget your subscription, and just enjoy your lunch!
Businesses and Schools will have their lunches delivered throughout the morning and up to a typical lunch hour. Home delivery subscribers will receive their meals before their chosen meal days.
Business and School lunches will be presented in a compostable box and include your meal, a drink, and a napkin. Cutlery can be added to these as well. Home delivery subscribers will receive their ready-to-eat box lunches in a grab-and-go tamper-proof container, these meals do not include a drink.
Napkins are always included. You may choose to add cutlery to your subscription for an additional fee that will offset the environmental cost of the production of the cutlery. The proceeds of the cutlery fee will be donated to The Bruce Trail Conservancy.
We'll offer a selection of drinks in four categories. Box Lunch Brigade will select and rotate the drinks on a regular basis. Your categorical choices are for flat water, sparkling water, a low-sugar beverage, or a "random" beverage. Subscribers who choose the random beverage with their lunch could receive a wide array of drinks including waters. We will not include a "standard" soft-drink or sugar-heavy option. All our drink selections are made with our company principles of health and quality in mind.
That's fine! We all have busy lives that aren't necessarily the same from one day to the next. Once you are a subscriber, you'll have direct control over your account and you can choose to enter a skip day. Skip days marked in advance will be credited towards your next month's subscription fee, so you won't be billed for those days.
Box Lunch Brigade subscriptions are paid for on a monthly basis by pre-authorized credit, through our ultra-secure third party payment provider. We don't store our subscriber payment information, either physically or digitally. Actually, your subscription will be paid much like a utility bill which makes your daily delivery even easier! Transactions happen behind the scenes, so when you see us, we'll just be delivering your lunch.
Our subscription model is designed to give you back the time it takes to configure a recurring food order without simply receiving the same meal over and over again, we feel this is an innovative approach to improving lunch for everyone. While we're confident that the meals we prepare will be enjoyed by all, we're committed to making sure our subscribers are happy with the food they're receiving. If you feel that one of our meals was not up to our high standards, or your lunch was not to your taste: please contact us and we'll make it right.
We've designed our program to be as allergen-sensitive as possible. When you set up your Box Lunch Brigade subscription you'll be given an opportunity to select any applicable allergies, those ingredients will be kept out of your meals. The Box Lunch Brigade kitchens are peanut-free; however, we use a variety of other ingredients that may be allergens to some. These ingredients may include wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, and others. We take allergen sensitivities very seriously; however, we cannot guarantee that some ingredients may not contact others.
Since Box Lunch Brigade serves a variety of meals that can have varying configurations, we'll fix a label with your name and preferences to each box.
You can customize your Box Lunch Brigade subscription to fit your schedule! You'll be given a choice of the days of the week you want to have lunch when you get set up.
Your Box Lunch Brigade subscription is not a contract. Since we're ordering food in advance of your lunch, we ask for 3 days notice when cancelling your subscription.
We'll deliver to homes within a specific radius of Vineland Ontario, our subscription tool makes it easy to determine if your home is within our service area. Businesses and schools are encouraged to contact us to determine whether we'd serve your location.
The Box Lunch Brigade website has been designed to be easy to use, once logged into your subscription account you can easily modify your preferences for any of your Business, School, or Home subscriptions.
When you subscribe to a Box Lunch Brigade service, you'll be billed for every service day in the current month. That is, if you begin a subscription on the 15th of the current month, you'll be billed for the remaining days in the month. When the new month begins, you'll be billed for every service day in that month. Credits from skip days or changes to your subscription will be credited on your next month's bill.
